Hi I am Robyn …. Owner of PNC … As a former national athlete, and mother of two athletic daughters. I bring a unique blend of experience to support teenage and adolescent athletes navigating the challenges of puberty while pursuing their sporting goals.
As a practitioner devoted to assisting individuals to achieve athletic goals through optimising heath and watching performance peak. Drawing on a holistic approach to health, which considers all aspects of a person, while addressing any obstacles that may hinder progress.
