Cancellation and refund policy

We maintain the right to reschedule or cancel your consultation for any reason, offering a refund for any part of the services that we cancel and do not reschedule. Refunds are not provided under other circumstances.

To cancel or reschedule, please inform me via email at robyn@performancenutritioncollective.com.au at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Failure to provide this notice may result in an inability to reschedule. Since the services are reserved exclusively for you, a cancellation fee will be imposed if you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice of your inability to attend.

If you give less than 24 hours' notice, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total fees will be incurred. No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the total fees and may be restricted from booking future services.
